Thread: Monday Gill-Chasing

Met my fishing buddy at our usual boat ramp this morning.
The green sunfish weren’t biting as they usually do . So after an hour we moved to a park with a boat ramp we hadn’t fished before .
Green sunfish weren’t as plentiful but bigger bluegills were there .
My buddy did catch another notice greenie . He also caught the most fish again today with 26 to my 23 .
We always have a fun day of friendly competing against one another .

I mainly fished my 7’ St Croix Imperial 3wt . I’m enjoying this rod . I’ve owned it for several years , I should have been using it .
