yeppers , RAINED ! and not just sprinkles , it hammered so hard we had to go outside and just watch , have not seen rain like that in years , probably rained in the 9 inches per hour amount for a pretty good bit , bet we got several inches and to be sure flooding too ....Quote:

you aint never so many stranded vehicles as in downtown ft worth the other day , the road was flat out littered with them , the streets ran water like rivers , not kidding :bangheadQuote:

Same here in OKC. Terrible picture (and even worse catch), but you can see now you can walk ten feet into what used to be water in my neighborhood ponds. Attachment 435793

Wow! That seems like the situation all over the country. Over here in CT and NY, there's so much dirt exposed. Out of curiosity, has anyone else seen cyanobacteria blooms? Wondering if there's a correlation there, as they've been here more often than in the past.Quote:
