So I’ve been watching the tubes lately to find new ways to cook panfish. And I’ve noticed ALOT of people leave the fins on. Now I was taught to scale it, take the head off, gut it and remove all fins.

Soo my question is who leaves fins on and who removes them when cleaning their fish?
