Bison Trout Magnet on a light weight jig head. Fan cast it out. When it hits the pull it back real slow. Every few feet let it fall back to the bottom. Once you catch one....focus on that area till they quit biting then find another spot close by.

never hit them much in current before, probably wait till they shut off the discharge to about nothing and use a really tiny jig with the hook point covered up with a worm and bottom bounce it real slowly ?
