Sure does. When you get it set up right drifting through current it is an absolute killer way to fish. When the water is clear or just slightly murky I love to see them coming up like a sub and then watch the take.

I love float and fly fishing . Tiny jigs and weighted floats for me on a 7’ UL rod .
