Those are some great fish! Betting dinner was also good. I haven’t kept enough of my pet bluegill for dinner in a while.

You can say that again. Today I made salt-and-pepper fried bream: fried bream nuggets seasoned with salt, pepper (white and black), cayenne, and a touch of 5-spice. Then stir fried with onions, bell pepper, fresh hot chiles, and fresh garlic. Served with white rice and cold beer. Just like Chinese take-out, only WAY better - according to my daughter.
