Those are two awesome gills there Skeet! And a limit of crappies to sweeten the deal too, but I'd be thinking of them gills myself.

Eagle, yes. An orange spot that was behind the Gill plates to the fin on very bottom maybe an inch or so long. In the pics it’s more of a brown but it was much brighter during the fight. Some other of the Gill varieties have the spot but it doesn’t change. Honest, I’m not going ‘round the bend.

Beauties! No gills for me this weekend, just bass and crappie and an errant catfish.
