Treble vs. Single

i like the single hook idea on hard bait seems treble hooks always poking me and my fumble fingers. i was watching one of my favorite u tube channels last night and he took the front treble hook of of a jerk bait and was reeling in fish i suspect a single hook he would have the same success . raining today i may try switching some out.

Yep, we have some real bad ice storms coming in. Those are good days to work on tackle and keep the interest up.

I like a single hook for Gills; the treble pins their mouth shut and is hard to remove without damage to the fish.
