Caught some panfish with the wife before the river rose.

We went out on the river in the Jon boat after the water finally fell to normal levels and the panfishing was great. Beetle spins and betts spins and worms and bobbers all did the trick though the bigger fish went after the moving baits. Now the river is above flood stage again and I’m focusing on fly fishing small ponds until it drops again and brings the fish back to accessible areas.
