What's a good ultralight combo for under $50?

I know it might not be considered ultralight by some but the BnM bucks combo has landed me many crappie including my PB 17" black crappie.

Darn. I like mine. It's a bit on the whippy side, but this is my first foray into ultralight.

Saw a Lew's Speed Spin 7 bearing reel on sale for $29 in some advertisement today

Thanks for the replies everyone. Lots of suggestions. I'll check them all out and let you know what I decide to go with. I do have a $25 Bass Pro Shops gift card so I think I'll drive over and see what they have.
