Be Thankful

For living here in the greatest country in the world . The opportunity to enjoy freedoms here are almost endless . We have so much that others don't around the world and I just wanted to give thanks for this beautiful country we live in .
I went out to my place in the country to hunt a little and gather some pecans and even drop a jig in the water for a little bit.
I didn't harvest any fish or game and only gathered pecans and planted a few different acorns out at our country place . The good news is I got to do all this because of the sacrifices of those that served our great country in times of need and helped us keep our freedoms .
The deer stayed on my neighbors place all morning and the bluegill were less than cooperative as well ,the pecans were more work than I intended and the acorns went down pretty easily.
Left at 4 am and was back home at 2 pm , pretty busy day ,my wife says the little 8 point is prefect for eating as she don't care about racks , this might be a problem for him in the near future ,just saying
And of course I am also thankful for my job and the wonderful food we had last Friday as well .
