Thread: ketched a few lil ones

some days when I just have to feel a pull I toss a jig where I think some sunnies might be .
I got lots of bites the other day trying to ketch some crappie and never hooked a fish .
I decided it was likely some pesky sunfish and downsized a bit and still struggled to hook them .
but I did manage to ketcha few in my lunch break wanderings down at the ole river .
such is the way it goes sometimes , I should have targeted them with even a smaller jig and tore them up , but I didn't have time to zero in on them this trip .
they were super pecky and very non committed for some reason as well
