I’ve already used my 1025 to catch a couple of dozen 11-12 inch large mouth. It’s just a fantastic reel....smooth really does not describe it properly but I don’t know what else to call it. Congrats on your new setup.

    Regards

Locked and loaded indeed. When I saw the thread entitled "New Toys" I thought maybe one of those toys might be a pair of snake boots.
Good lookin' rig brother. Thanks for sharing. I'm sure you will hold you own with the new toys.

Dang, that is a nice rod and reel. Sorry for being Mr Obvious!

I'm a touch jealous. I have been without my JDM rod 4 weeks now with no shipping notice for my replacement top half yet (yeah, I broke it). I will be dock shooting tomorrow where I found some crappie stacked up - like every other cast stacked up - and I'll be using the Luvias on a 6' Denali dock shooter. A great mix of finesse and brutal.

For dock shooting that Denali is hard to beat it’s a bit stiff for really light weight finesse stuff but it definitely has a place I got one myself it also makes a great wacky rig rod for bass
