I got my Major Craft rod in today. The box was a little beat up but the rod was wrapped well and looked fine. However when I tried to put the two piece rod together, the male section doesn’t appear to seat properly into the female section. Since this is the most expensive rod that I have bought, I didn’t want to force it and getting the two sections stuck together or risk damaging the rod. Is it normally difficult getting the two sections to seat properly. Thanks.
