I was at Wally World the other day, and on a whim I picked up a Zebco 11 Triggerspin UL combo. It was only 20 bucks, and I figured I would try it for bluegill, and throw it in the corner if it was a piece o' junk. I have taken it out a couple times now, and I have to say it is a good deal for the price. It is compact and responsive, and the drag holds up well- I hooked up with a 19 inch 4 pound cat and managed to land him after a good fight. It is really comfortable in the hand, and I can see that it won't be going to the corner any time soon. Has anyone else tried one of these?
