What a day to forget the camera - of course - had to use the cell phone. Got up to 103 today but was long gone before that. Left when the lake lice started to buzz. It was crazy this morning - couldn't move down to where the big fish were because big fish wouldn't let me.

Do you leave biting fish to find bigger fish? I do - my fishing window is small.

Still using JDM rods with Smoke or Stradic reels loaded with 2lb izorline or 2lb hybrid. Chub jigs were 1/48th & 1/32nd (bellyspinner style & plain)- did fish a 1/24th for a little while. Was tipping with crickets & mealworms.
