It is where you reel slowly and are constantly shaking....”twitching”....... the rod tip. It causes the jig to flutter in the water...the lighter the jig the better this method is. The slower the retrieve the better.....the reel I am using is a slow speed reel......only taking in 25 inches per handle turn vs 31 inches on my other reels.

Thanks for the comment....a homemade egg sack. It is a very tiny piece of a Berkeley Power Wiggler that I cut with an Xacto knife. Many times I do this for shell cracker. Sometimes I will put it right behind the jig head and then put on the Trout Magnet body. You can buy the tiny egg sacks but best I remember they’re kind of pricey.
