Default We caught a few gills at Laccassine Reserve

Me and my youngest son went out to the reserve this morning to try for some crappie, and then the bream as a backup plan. Good thing we had a backup cause we didn't catch a single crappie.
Caught some of them with tube jigs orange/chartruese pepper,
and some on Berkley gulp earthworms.

All fish were caught fishing 3-6ft deep in 8-9fow. Fishing with floats.

    here's a couple pics.

and just to throw another one in there, we caught these bass and a couple decent crappie yesterday evening fishing a local canal.(he wanted me to post the pic)
You can't fish with a hung line!

I really believe that he did, I was mainly trying to get some crappie to bite, fishing with tube jigs, and would pull one in every now and then, he was using the gulp worms and pulling them in more often than I was.
