Urgent bream questions...
Well, some friends and I are going fishing at a very small local private pond at about 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning, and it will be about 33-50 degrees. I'm having problems deciding what I could use for lures. I prefer spinnerbaits, so what color should they be? When it's warm weather I can really clean up on yellow rooster tails, but I'm not sure what would be good in these conditions, considering I've never fished there while it's this cold. The pond is about 6 1/2 feet deep. It's been in the 60-80 degree range lately, so this is more like a cold-front than a normal temperature. Also, what would be a good reeling technique? I know these questions are a bit "noobish," but I'm really needing some help, since I don't want to take my friends out and get skunked. The pond is about 70x35 yards, if that makes a difference.
