I ran into a Ozark rod on here and loved it, enough that I bout two more. I think it is a Tony Rodriguez edition and you can get it in 6 1/2' ,7' and 7 1/2'. They are 40 bucks but well worth it. Sensitive and great casting ability

Red nice fishing partner, nice fish!
Dollfly glad you found the rod. Can't do without those grandkids!
Haven't found it yet, but I found one today worth mention. Went to Academy sports and handled a 6' All Star Dock Shooter. A very nice, very light rod, and very well made. Good soft tip without being whippy. At $50 it was a good rod for the money, I thought. Missed the Itty Bitty swimmers I've been using by a couple of days, they moved them to clearance and all but 2 colors were gone. Shoulda been here yesterday. I'll keep looking, maybe a trip to BPS Orlando soon.
Not all BPS carry the Bobby Garland stuff. Palm Bay has those, but Port St Lucie has none of that line.
Yet I see things there Palm bay dosent have. Both are pretty much equal distance from me.
The advantage for me with Palm Bay is that Academy is just across the highway.
No doubt, prices on many things are considerably better at Academy.
Skeet our BPS carries a full line of the itty bitty's.
