    Default bream season

We hit the local bream hole for a couple of hours yesterday , it was a beautiful day and the fish were biting well . my bud kept a few males for dinner and we let the rest of the masses swim on , we also of course managed a few crappie in the mix .
turkeys were gobbling ,the wild flowers were blooming and the fisheez were doing the reproduction thing in full force as well .
most of the bream were about 3 foot under a float and the crappie were about 6 foot under a float . red wigglers on 1/32 and 1/64 jigheads were the bait of choice , water depths from about 4 foot to 8 foot deep .
have a great weekend and see yawl soon ...

I'm gonna have to buy some worms for the first time in 15 years. Nice fish there.
