Where are they

I fish little pee dee river in SC. It does not defined banks. The river is bordered by trees and turns into swamp that is ankle to knee deep. The water temp is 65-67 degrees. During the summer the water recedes and the river has a defined border. I am unable to locate any fish with the depthfinder where I caught them two weeks ago. The water temp then was high 50's low 60's. Do you think the fish have moved into the swamps that are inaccessible by boat?

How do you catch them then? Or do you wait for the water to come back in the banks?
