I've not given up on my Sliders , I'll always throw them once the water warms . But for now , the smaller TM's are doing it .Quote:

Most of the time I trim the first couple rings off my Slders to put the hook just in front of where the tail attaches to the body . Makes a shorter package and changes the wiggle . I think it helps with the gills. Been doing this long before they started making the 1" Sliders . Never tried them .

Most Walmarts carry the TM. I have been using them for about six years. They have become my #1 artificial bait for bream. They don't look like much, but the fish like 'em. :)Quote:
