Thread: First time out this year.

After surgery and 8 months of chemotherapy I finally got to go fishing. Caught some gills and taught my girlfriend how to cast a spin cast reel. Had fun until it got to hot to fish.

Cant' think of a better way to celebrate recovering your health. Now you just need to teach her how to clean and cook them, you know...play the sympathy card...and you got it made.

Yea, good luck with that. Just having a girlfriend willing to fish with you is a reward enough. Hope things continue to go well for you.
