    Default Redears

Went out today for some much needed fishing time. Found the bluegill and redheads almost done with the spawn. Still managed a few good ones.

Nice ones JW! I have been finding a few on Conway as well. I have been looking for the big Boys! Wish we had some Havasu sized ones in Arkansas!

Thanks Matt and Curtis. The spawn is about done here as this trip I only found a few males on the beds.

Nice report and pictures. Do you get the "gillcrackers" from gills and red ear in same area?

We catch some on Lake Conway from time to time. They aren't huge like the ones you see ledhed post.

I haven't fished for them in years. But, I used to catch big ugly ones in the flats across from Dano's late winter to June.
