People, please do not release your pets into our waters! Also check your boats when you travel from lake to lake so you do notintroduce other species and/or plant life into a different lake.

The top one is the Mayan Cichlid and the Oscar is on the bottom. The Mayans are a distinct reddish color with black vertical bars and the Oscar has a red spot on his tail. Made my first trip to the glades this year and it was a blast.
By the way, that is a Cherrywood rod in the 2nd picture. Had it at least 20 years. Got a Pfleuger President ultra light reel on it.
