I picked up some gold, silver and blue fine flake glitter yesterday. Gonna make me some more tomorrow.

These are the glitter bugs I have been using during the soft water season. I will be looking forward to see how well they work during the hard water season.
The heads are lead with glitter applied, the tail material are rubber bug legs. Marabou or hair can be used as tail material and work quite well, but is not as durable.
The bugs are tipped with a small piece of tempered power bait for added scent; no live bait is needed. I use a balanced fixed bobber for a subtle presentation and lite bite detection.Attachment 134639Attachment 134640
