Talking Sparkle lures for big 'Gills

I have been adding gliter glitter to my handcrafted teardrop ice fishing miniature spoons to really make them sparkle and imitate scales. They are really cool under water with a nickle finish on the backside. The Bluegill and Shellcracker down south love them year round. I tip mine with a waxworm and fish with four pound test line under a slip float. These are 1/64 oz on a cam action hook. What do you people think about these?

The glitter should enhance the bite.
I have been using a solid gold and silver glitter on my summer panfish jigs and it works quite well.
