    Default Spoons

Has anyone been using them for bluegill yet this year? Last year I killed them (as well as crappie & yellow perch), but this year, I've tossed them a good amount of time and have not got one yet! Strange. Switching over to jigs & plastics, I start hitting them, but nothing on the spoons. Suggestions....comments?

Water temps are now in the upper 40's to low 50's. Fishing ponds. Thanks!

I've read the hype on spoons but can't catch a cold on one. Jigs are so much cheaper and very effective.
