    Default Serious customer service

I just wanted to say thanks to niffken.com for the awesome customer service tonight. I saw a jig I liked in another post in this forum and asked who made the jig. Just as I expected, a reply with a link to his website was up in minutes. I sent him a message, not expecting an answer until next week and about as quick as I hit send his reply came back. (Keep in mind its 11:00 at night here) After a couple more messages back and forth, he got my order and is sending it out tomorrow! I think good customer service goes un-notised way more often than bad. I just wanted to say thanks!!!

I would post a link to his site but I don't know how to do that yet.

    Thanks to everyone!

    Amen. Well said.

I've never once had a bad shipment and its always here within a few days. The baits are great, as you've seen.

I can't wait till monday when I get to use my new stuff that I ordered at the beginning of the week and were in the mail today.

You'll be very happy with these little grubs, they are some serious fish catch'n grubs. I orders more in a few of the colors and can't wait to fish them monday. That is if I can't find the bass, will have to ambush my panfish hole.

you "almost" posted the website address, without realizing it :p
All you needed to do was put www. in front of the "niffken.com" and you would have had it :D It would have appeared on your text box in black letters, until you posted your message, then it would have appeared like this - http://www.niffken.com/ - in the final outcome (like it does now - in blue letters, and a direct link to the site ... when clicked on )

If the address is real long ... the easiest way to post it, is to copy/paste it.
To do that ... right click over the address (that http www stuff at the top of your computer screen)
then left click on "copy" (the address is now saved/copied)
come back to this site, and your message box
then - whenever you want to put that address link in your message, hit the space bar, then right click your mouse ... a dropdown menu should appear ... then just click on "paste", and the address should appear in your message.
Just be sure and put a space or two between the words of your message and the address link (before AND after)
This way, you don't have to write down a long & involved address ... and will keep you from using the wrong letters/numbers/symbols (and making the address wrong or unusable).

    ..... cp

    Camofish,

Which color have you had the most luck with. Also, what color and size jig head are you using. (I ordered some of all the colors)

    Thanks,

1/32 oz & 1/16 oz are the jigheads that I use mostly with them. I just get the walmart renegade brand have caught over 200-400 fish on the same jighead including that 13# catfish and the hook hasn't bend out of place yet.

When the summer heats up and I need to go deeper in over the 10 foot mark I use a 1/8 oz same renegade jighead.

I mustly use unpainted, but I do have some black painted ones too that I use.

My favorite color as of now is the BRIM color, but I just got my new order with the other too greenish bodies, firetiger and bumblebee colors and can't wait to use them on Monday. :D

BTW: here is a 2" rib grub product review for ya.

    Good Luck, Fish On!

Those grubs are $2.50 EACH? Or is that for a multipack?

As far as I know they come 20 in a pack. If there was just one for $2.50, I would hope the gold flakes inside would be real chunks of gold. :D

    That is a good one.
Yes, 20 to a pack. It's not like they are handtied.
Let me know where you can get 20, 2" plastic baits for less?
OH YEA, and catch lots of fish.

    Go get'em buzz.

For the record, I wasn't trying to bag on the price. I just didn't see a count # when I was looking to order.

    Thanks
