    Default Lew's Bream Buster

    Hi All,

I've noticed this rod mentioned a few times on here but feel it might be easier to just start a new post with my mission.

I need some help! My dad recently finished restoring the '66 Chevy belonging to HIS dad in time for my husband and I to be surprised to use it as our "getaway truck" at our wedding in November. This week, my dad shared the story of how he and Granddad used to fish with this pole called a "Brim Buster" when he was a kid. All his life my dad saw that Granddad always carried two things in his gun rack, his cane and that fishing pole. Dad has the cane, and is on the hunt for this pole. So am I. (But he doesn't know that yet!) So what I'm asking is if anyone is selling, knows where I could find, heard of, any information about how I can get this Bream Buster for my dad, preferably the old Lew's one as he probably won't really use it, it's just for nostalgia now (He's mostly a bass fisher now, but does still go after the occasional crappie) I know that BnM is making one again..but really the Lew's is what he remembers. Any information you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am in the San Antonio area but don't mind shipping/driving if it's not crazy far. Again, thank you all so much!!

    God bless,
    Candi
