    Default Floating jigheads?

Bought a pack from Cabelas the other day because i noticed there are a lot of bream surface feeding and hitting the top of the water. My first thought is that a fly fishing lure would be perfect for that, but then i discovered a floating jighead and thought, that might be more feasible.

But am i new to floating jigheads. How are they retrieved? What kind of conditions are best for a floating jighead? Can i add trailers or nibbles to them?

... and I would agree. The fly rod is the perfect tool -- and the most fun!

I've never used floating jig heads, so I can't help you there. Sorry!

I use floating jighead for deep water Shellcracker and Bream. Also good for deep Crappie. Use a type of Carolina rig. Tip with waxies or small minnow.

if you dont have a fly rod, you can use your telescopic pole as a type of fly rod. it works great
