Crappie Beaver jig

Wondering if anybody has used this jig and could tell me how to use it. What kind of hook you would use with this. It looks like it has great action on it. Thanks for any help.

I don't know if these are that same jigs that you use, but I have been using Yum Beavertail. I use a 1/16 round head jig. Just cast it out and slow retrieve back. Also count down the depth, and vary the restive speed.
