Is dale hollow a redear lake

Hey everyone im new to the site and would like some help with dale hollow. Our uncle owns a cabin on the lake and we are wanting to do some bluegill and redear fishing but aint sure if the lake is decent for both. I would really appreciate and info as far as best time to go month wise and anything else anyone would be willing to share. Also anyone know of any other lakes closer to ohio for good GILL fishing.... Thanks....

I live in NE Mississippi, but I do fish Dale Hollow a couple of times a year. It is a great lake for bluegill and redear. It also has some fine crappie fishing. Its a dandy lake for smallmouth also, the world record was caught there. Best month for me is May and I like to fish the Wolf river arm of the lake. I fish out of Gumnnels Camp at Birdstown, TN.
