It looks like you're just cutting the heads off (and hopefully removing the innerds) and frying them whole? Do the bones 'fry out' like trout?

You got to watch out for the bones.But after u eat enough of em u develop a technique for removing the meat from the bone.

Yessir! Thumbs Up. When ya fry 'em right, the filets fall off of the bones with just a little nudge of the fork. Man...Ima hafta thaw out some fish now. HONGRY! lol
