    Default Keeper bream

What do you consider a keeper? I love any and all ultralight fishing. I mainly target crappie but occasionally go after bream or bluegill.

I release everything I catch, but anything over 8" is a nice gill, IMO.

Some folks say that if it has a pair of eyes and a butthole it's a keeper!

Most of the time it's 8"or above but if the freezer is empty of bluegill fillets, a 7.5 might be in mortal danger. For redears it has to be male and above 10 inches for me to keep it.
