Great weekend at Glendale!

Made two trips to Glendale while visiting the in laws this weekend. Had to dodge the thunder storms.
Trip one on Sunday I went solo after a morning full of thunderstorms. Fishing was great I limited on redear and caught about a dozen gills to boot. Here is the biggest of the day:



Went again today and took my niece Katlyn... oh and my son Nicholas actually wanted to fish which made my day. It was his first time fishing from the boat and he had a blast and can't wait to go again. He had a incident flipping out of a canoe when he was 5 and it has made him very scared of being on a boat or a dock for that matter. He said he was so scared when we first set out that he was going to pee his pants... however that quickly changed and he had an awesome time. I played guide today and put the kids on fish. They caught about 16. Kaylyn had the biggest redear and Nicholas caught the biggest gill. Katlyn threw in a perch for good measure. Taylor took the weekend off to play with her two younger cousins.
