Eufaula Crappie

:confused:E.B., Your right on winning a torn. away from the bank, I follow the results pretty close and they are usually won off the bank, but this years going to be an exception on big fish, I had 7 males that were 14" all in 1.5' of water! If you hit it right when the big boys are there...well tounament or no I've rolled up enough big fish early to win a dozen of e'm if they fell in right, not everyone likes to fish in that thick brush, plus just about weigh in time is when it's just gettin hot! I hope you win e'm all E.B. just wave at me when your goin to the weigh in!!!:eek:

Is their a tournament on eufaula sometime soon if so date and time please and where is the weigh in gonna be at please and thank you.

no major tournament in oklahoma this year except Kaw a crappie usa one

Hey EB I have to agree Mike "Slabman" Reynolds knows how to crappie fish. He taught me alot when I was younger and still would if I was around Eufaula more. He was ahead of the game many years ago. I can remember back when we would fish the city lake culvert along 69 and sack up the crappie at night. He was hammering them one night catching at least 5 to 1 of crappies we were catching. I asked him hey what are you doing so different. He responded in that high pitch growl "Boy" you gotta move that jaw less and watch that cork for the slightest twitch. You young whipper snappers are here to talk, I'm here to fish. When Mike and Dumbo are out on the water you better be trailing them.

Ive Fished Alot With Dumbo, And He Can Slay Them Slabs, We Done Alot Of Night Fishing With Generator And Lights, Fished Alot With Will Scott And Dumbo Both.

Mike and Dumdo are Lake Eufaula legends!! I have never fished with a fishermen who was more detailed about catching fish on a jig than Mike. I tried to get him to tournament fish with me 2 or 3 years ago but it just wasn't his cup of tea!! But in the last 7 years I have learned as much from him as I could even took his knowledge to some different lakes and it paid off!! So if any off you guys see or hear two older gentlemen cuzing each other and about to fight right there in the middle of the boat then you have met two legends. By the way they are probaly catching the hell out of them too. AKA "Slabman" and "Dumbo". If you ever met them or fish with them it is almost garenteed your sides will be hurting from laughing so hard!! EB
