    Cought 67 This Evening Me And 3 Boys In An Hour And A Half, In A Foot Of Water, Corknjiggin, Pretty Well A Mixed Batch Of Black And Green Slabs, Fired Up The Old Generator And 5 Halogen Flood Lights And Only Cought 3, When It Got Dark They Pretty Much Called It Quits.the Crappie Were So Shallow They Were Hitting The Corks Themselves. Right At Dark. The Old Green And Chartreuse Little Bitty Slider Jigs They Gave Out Were Awsome This Evening. And A Few White Bg Jigs Worked Well Too. The Black And Yellow Mr Crappie Corks With The Steel Ball Bearings Rattling Around Drove Em Nuts. I Got To Make A Trip To Walgreens And Buy A Camera Battery Sorry No Pics.

    Livewire, what lake were you fishing? Where do you get the Mr. Crappie corks with the ball bearings. Thanks for the report.

    you are correct i found them several years ago at a bass pro shop cant remember what state!! but they are awsome for corknjiggin. that extra sound just does somthing for em.

    You can do basically the same thing by using the glass beads that the bass fisherman use for carolina rigs. just put one or two on your line between the bobber stopper and cork. When the cork stands upright, just shake your fishing pole to make the cork bounce and it will make the glass beads tick. You may not hear it, but it travels down the line into the water, and the fish hear it!!

    we were at ross lake between ft gibson and muskogee,
