I'm searching for some good combos, and wondering what you use for rod and reel?

Acadia rod and reel. They have or had im not sure which deal going where you buy one get one free, and i ordered some off there site. Not really a crappie set up but i seem to catch walleye and an occasional hybrid so i wanted a little more meat.

We like a 7'-7-1/2' rig to search with, once we find fish out come the 9'-9 1/2' rods to vertical jig. When using minnows its not anything special for float fishing, if tightlining we try to use soft tipped rods that wont pull the bait out of their mouths.

I use a WM 10' rod with the WM small bait casting reel. I think I have more control of my depth and use only one hand. Of course I am left handed and everyone thinks I do most things backwards.
