Hope this weather doesn't turn people off from the get-together. The weather should be not too bad by Saturday. I had planned on spending a few days at Eufaula this week but now will just drive down for the meeting on Saturday. One of the advantages of being retired is I don't have to get real locked in on plans and can be more flexible on when I do something. I had originally planned on being back there next week for a few days and the long term weather looks okay for that. I'm looking forward to the meeting!
I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to bow out of this get together. I've had some family business come up on Saturday, and won't be able to make it. Trust me, I'd rather be there fishing than what I'm gonna have to be doing, but family always comes first. I hope you all have an awesome day fishing and that every one of you limits out with the crappie. Talk to you guys later.

Just remember everyone, at the first drop of rain, the whole thing can be moved inside. The marina is large enough for all to fish inside and the dining area will allow everyone to get a bite to eat. This is a regular cafe, not a small snack bar and the food is very good. Down home cooking type good.:)
Don't let the weather prevent you from coming down and enjoying yourself.
Stink is right. Jason has opened the marina and restaurant for us if needed. The $9.00 deal is pretty awesome. The food has always been great and you can pinch the waiters butt LOL.

That reminds me, last year, some of the Scotsmen insisted on wearing their kilts. This is discouraged for this meeting because of the possibility of high winds and we wouldn't want anyone showing their old rusty buckets off to the women folks and kids.
