Welcome Navy and thanks for your service to OUR COUNTRY!! Maybe some of the guys down your way will chime in. I live on the Eastern side of the state and know nothing about any of the lakes in your area.

I am stationed here at Tinker and looking for some shore/dock fishing. The base has a few ponds but nothing really worth fishing. I spent Saturday and Sunday down at the little axe fishing dock and had alittle luck. My question is are there any shore/fishing docks in this area that the wife and 11 year old can go for the day and I could catch some fish? Thanks in advance!

Wade into the Lake Thunderbird report and ask some of those guys for advice. Its not too far from Tinker and a fairly good lake for crappie. Welcome to the forum and thanks for your part in protecting our nation.

We are expecting T-Bird to light up any day now. You can always make the trip to Carl Blackwell for some crappie fishing that is on fire from dock, bank or boat right now. My wife's bosses cleaned 100 this weekend there.

Welcome aboard, like everyone else stated. Thank you for your service to this country.
There is an enclosed dock at Arcadia but it will cost you an arm and leg to fish.
