Minnowtime, the Temp has been hovering around the 87 degree mark. So the temp has dropped.
It seems that it is not water temp that makes the fish move. Evidently it is daylight hours, at least that's my observation.
You can catch some fish shallow, but Xkiller is so clear, the norm is 20-25' deep is where they normally are.
Hi all, planning to fish TK this Saturday. Looking for any pointers on current patterns or areas to fish.
Looks like minnows are a must..

I would check brush piles, or standing timber.
Fish have been 15-22’ in 22-32 FOW.
I would fish from chicken creek to Cherokee.
Wouldn’t discount the lower lake, if you are staying on that end of the lake.

I had to delete all my fishing videos. Apparently people were zooming in enough to read my GPS data and then completely fishing out many of my brush piles. Someone called me and read the GPS data to me off my last video. New videos to come that does not show that information.

Planning to go for a week or so starting mid next week, are there any high water ramps on the lake? We live and launch in chicken creek, but I think it shuts down somewhere around the 12 ft high mark or so. We are currently at 10.5 ft high right now.
