Is CBD oil an option?
Don't know if this really has anything to do with anything but here is my recent experience. I suffer from fairly severe (not chronic) arthritis with pretty bad inflammation in my joints, especially as the weather changes. I also have a small amount of crippling in my hands. My mother did the same in her 70's and 80's. I also have mild type 2 diabetes and decided I needed to get that under control . To do so I started an extreme low carb diet. My blood sugar quickly went to normal but an unexpected side benefit is that my joint inflammation and pain decreased by at least 75%, maybe more. This happened quickly also. Luckily, I like low carb foods. But I also really like bread, pasta and fried fish. I still eat lots of fish now, but rarely fried. I find giving up some foods I like well worth it.

Bio-Available Turmeric? It help withs inflammation. I take it.
Hope you get better soon!
Sorry for the delayed response. I usually go to church Wednesday evenings. I have not tried CDB oil or even heard of it. I am very carnivorous by nature and live on a low carb diet mostly just because I like meat.
How do you cook those fish you catch? One breaded and fried fillet has more carbs than I get in three days. The meat is low carb but not fried. I'm always looking for recipes.

Usually dry rolled in cornmeal and fried in peanut oil but truthfully I don’t eat 1/20 of what I catch. Generally I provide a fish fry for a few of the local churches. I give a lot away to individuals also.
It is more than obvious by the rapid improvement during the night that many of you have prayed for me. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for the prayers.
Fishing was a little difficult today. I usually have my hook set timing off for a few days after having to take a lot of medication. I only hooked 10% of my strikes. The strikes were lighter than light. The up side was that they were all good fish. The pattern was different today also. I found fish at 26' and that depth only. They also were not relating to anything. I would see them on the bottom with the sonar and then get a bite. No brush, rocks, or structure of any kind. Not even a dimple on the bottom. It took a while to get my first bite but by the second strike I had a pattern figured out. I had more strikes with cast and retrieve staying close to the bottom than I did vertical jigging. I think I took a pic of the big one. I'll drag it off the cell and put it on the next post.
