Default Help needed in choosing lake 🐟

Good evening guys. Looking for a little advice on which lake would be the best choice. I am from Nebraska and I'll be meeting a buddy from Texas on the weekend of April 22. We both use fishing kayaks and will be tent camping on the lake. We are interested in catching crappie for dinner and will try for bass also.(c&r) My buddy recommended lake Eucha. However, after doing some research, it seems there may be some better lakes around northeast oklahoma for us to go. Would lake Eucha be a good choice? Can anyone recommend a better lake in the northeast region? We would prefer a smaller lake so that we can get around easier in our kayaks. I appreciate your help! Have a great day 😆

Eucha seems to be inconsistent from the reports I hear. I am sure there are guys that know the lake and do well every time, but I dont know them! Greenleaf is worth considering, it consistently produces good crappie fishing. If you like you can go below the dam and catch plenty of sandies, hybrids, stripers and LM bass this time of year. They run up out of webbers falls and get stopped at the base of Greenleaf dam.

NE Oklahoma is kind of a broad target. You might be well served trying some of the coves on Grand though. That way the yuppies won't mow you down so easily. Visions of Rodney Dangerfield...
