Chouteau Bend ???

Anyone know why Chouteau Bend access to the boat ramps are closed? I know they shut down the camping and recreational park due to the flood problems but don't see why they would close access to the whole park and boat ramps. Getting ready for the white/sandy run and the road is gated closed, there is room to squeeze around the actual gate but that would probably get you a hefty fine if the GW shows up, I guess the closest ramp now would be to unload at Mazie landing and head north!

I was down there a couple weeks ago and they were open. You have to go left now and go by the store and through the trailer park. Last time I was there I told myself I wouldn't put in there again
The second ramp is buckled from the last high water we had and a huge tree was across the third ramp.
They're having boat races there again this summer so at some point they'll have to fix the ramps.

Good to know that it's open I did not realize that you could go in that direction, just use to going through the main entrance and seen it's gate closed.
