1990 Quantum Bass/Ski boat carb part

Hello everyone...so here's the deal. I have a 1990 Quantum bass/Ski boat that I bought and I was changing the spark plugs when I noticed I was missing a part on one of the carburetor's. I don't know the exact name but if I had to guess it would be a carb filter box. I cant seem to find any on ebay so I figured I would check here. If anyone has one laying around I'd be happy to buy it off you if you are willing to sell of course. I'm in Stillwater and can drive to Tulsa or Okc. Below is a picture ..like I said I don't know the name of the part, in the picture as you can see the bottom 2 carbs have a black box and the top is missing it. The engine is a 150 Force.
