Post Crappie out of a cemetery pond

One of the closest bodies of water to where I go to school happens to be a pond in the Rose Hill Cemetery in OKC. The funeral home director happens to be a really nice guy and doesn't mind if you fish it. Until yesterday I had never seen nor caught a crappie in there. Always assumed it was just bass (many of which are stunted) , perch and a few catfish. Maybe it has to do with the colder weather but I pulled these two crappie out of their on an orange rooster tail knockoff with a copper blade. Could someone tell me which species of crappie these are?
