how to open brush pile files

Need help in opening these brush pile files? Fishing in Oklahoma
Under fish attractor locations.

Should open into Excel, as a spread sheet I think.

I download them , then open them as an excel spreadsheet and save them. I use Easy GPS to transfer them to my handheld Garmin and go look at them before I save them as a waypoint on my onboard GPS. Pretty quick and easy.
