You might try fishing at the newly renovated Kitchen Lake at S.E. 119th and Sooner Road in the South OKC/Moore area.
More than $850,000 in improvements over the past year by the City of OKC means two picnic areas, a new driveway, parking lot and sidewalks, leading to a floating dock.
Kitchen Lake is stocked by the City of OKC fish hatchery and holds large-mouth bass, crappie and three types of sunfish.
I've been meaning to drive by there and check it out. Been a couple of years since I've been there.
